Man sought in northeast Oklahoma City sexual assault of teen

Officers are asking the public to help identify a man who is wanted for questioning in a sexual assault of a teenage girl on June 10.

Oklahoma City police are looking for a man in connection with the reported sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl.

Officers released a composite sketch of the man Friday. Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said the man is wanted in the June 10 incident at a strip mall in northeast Oklahoma.

Wardlow said the girl described the man as 43 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing 220 pounds. Police said the man has black hair and a black beard with some gray.

He was wearing silver prescription glasses and was driving an older model white pickup with “PLUMBING” written on the side, Wardlow said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 235-7300. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
