An investigation into a Norman stabbing led to the discovery of a bomb and multiple arrests Tuesday in Oklahoma City.

The stabbing and bomb incident were unrelated, Norman police Sgt. Jennifer Newell said.

The stabbing occurred about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of W Robinson Street, Newell said. Terrance Osborne, 34, of Norman, was taken to the hospital with stab wounds to his arm. He was treated and released.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City police found the individual wanted in connection with the stabbing in the 2600 block of SW 23. While at the home, they discovered an explosive device and called in the bomb squad.

Newell said Norman police are seeking charges for assault with a deadly weapon in Cleveland County District Court against Lacee Jarrell, 18.

Three individuals were arrested Tuesday after the discovery of the explosive device.

Harley Andrews, 30, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on a complaint of possession of an explosive device while in the commission of a felony, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an offensive weapon while committing a felony, authorities said. Andrews' bond was set at $28,500, an Oklahoma County jail official said.
