Two Oklahoma City men arrested on complaints of forcible sodomy, rape by instrumentation

Two Oklahoma City men were arrested after a woman told police they held her down and had sexual relations with her, police reported.

Two men were arrested Tuesday evening after a woman told police they held her down and had sexual relations with her against her will.

Archie Terrel Burch III, 60, and Lavern Moaning, 57, both of Oklahoma City, were arrested on complaints of forcible sodomy and rape by instrumentation.

The victim told police she was cleaning the men's house when Burch asked her to sit on the bed with him. When she sat on the bed, the lights were turned off and Moaning pinned her down on the bed, she said.

The victim told police Burch removed her pants and underwear and began kissing and touching her inappropriately. The victim said Moaning held her down the entire time.

When the victim's phone rang and she told Burch that her friends were there to pick her up. The men let her go and she ran away.

Burch is disabled and confined to a wheelchair. The victim told police she has cleaned his house several times.

Burch and Moaning were taken to Oklahoma County jail. has disabled the comments for this article.
