Agents also arrested Teddy Mitchell's friend, Dave Loveland.
Teddy Mitchell's attorney, Scott Adams, confirmed the arrests. The federal indictment against them remained under seal.

A federal grand jury for months has been investigating whether Teddy Mitchell ran a bookmaking operation out of his Oklahoma City home.
The federal government last year began civil proceedings to force Teddy Mitchell to give up more than $2 million worth of real estate in Oklahoma County on grounds he was operating an illegal gambling business.
The real estate includes the house where his wife, Julie Mitchell, was beaten to death in 2010. The homicide case remains unsolved. Teddy Mitchell stopped living there after the death.
Adams denied again Friday that Teddy Mitchell was involved in illegal gambling.
The attorney has said in the past Teddy Mitchell is a gambler but a legal one. The attorney said Teddy Mitchell is a poker player.
Teddy Mitchell was a longtime friend of Pody Poe, a Nichols Hills gambler who spent time in prison.
In an autobiography published before his death in 2006, Poe wrote that Mitchell drove him to prison and picked him up three and a half years later.
