The seminar, which will be offered free to the public, will offer participants insight into what a commitment to keeping a journal can offer a person.

The seminar is an introduction to a longer journaling workshop, which will be offered later in November at the Extension Service, located at 930 N Portland in Oklahoma City.

For more information about the seminar, contact the Oklahoma County OSU Cooperative Extension Service at 713-1125.
