A 21-year-old from Rochester, N.Y., is the new “Official Play-Doh Artist of the Year” for his sculptures of presidential candidates President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. Ian Williams won the first-ever such title and a $5,000 tuition stipend to the Rhode Island School of Design, which he attends. Hasbro worked with the school’s sculpture and ceramics department to offer students the opportunity for the title and stipend.
