Oklahoma City police investigate pedestrian's death as homicide

Harry Robbins, 52, was struck Thursday night by a vehicle driven by Lisa Gulley Alberty, 49, Oklahoma City police said. Robbins died Friday afternoon at a hospital, and the incident now is being investigated as a homicide.

A man struck by a vehicle died Friday afternoon in a hospital, Oklahoma City police reported.

Harry Robbins, 52, was struck by a vehicle driven by Lisa Gulley Alberty, 49, on Thursday night near NW 33 and Pennsylvania Avenue, police said.

Alberty was arrested on complaints of domestic abuse and assault with a deadly weapon. She is in Oklahoma County jail.

Police are now investigating this incident as a homicide, Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.
