Healthy living was promoted during a 5210 event at Myriad Gardens in downtown Oklahoma City.

Outdoor activities and nutritional snacks were among the ideas presented to parents and children on Sunday.

5210 stands for five or more fruits and vegetables per day, two hours or less of screen time, one hour or more of physical activity and zero sweetened beverages.

The health initiative is sponsored by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department, Wellness Now and the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City.
