New Tuttle city hall, storm shelter building is dedicated

TUTTLE — The city of Tuttle dedicated its new city hall and public storm shelter during a ceremony this week.

The new $3 million, 16,000-square-feet two-story structure’s features include a tornado shelter that can accommodate up to 985 people.
