A candlelight vigil was held Sunday night for Robin Leander Howard, a man who died after a confrontation last summer with Oklahoma City police.

A candlelight vigil was held Sunday night for Robin Leander Howard, a man who died last summer after a confrontation with Oklahoma City police.
