A candlelight vigil was held Sunday night for Robin Leander Howard, a man who died last summer after a confrontation with Oklahoma City police.
Friends and family of Robin Leander Howard meet in the 1400 block of Monticello Court for a candelight vigil honoring his life Sunday night. Howard, 54, died four days after his arrest in June. MATT DINGER
