Norman community is invited to Thanksgiving feast

A free community Thanksgiving meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Norman High School Commons.

— More than 700 diners are expected for the annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner, organizers say.

The free dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Norman High School Commons, 911 W Main St. No reservations are needed.

The meal, which will feature turkey, dressing, side dishes and pie, is coordinated by Food and Shelter Inc., United Way of Norman, city of Norman, Salvation Army and Community Action of Central Oklahoma.
