I've been wondering about the current status of the “Fast and Furious” scandal and the subpoena issued to Attorney General Eric Holder. Does the re-election of Barack Obama negate the ongoing investigations by the House? Is there anyone or any committee keeping a running compilation of the anti-constitutional actions of Holder and his cohorts?
My reading of the Constitution has failed to reveal even the barest of outlines to justify his actions in this and several other situations. What's he afraid of? If his action, or lack of action, is legal and constitutional, then why won't he appear to testify honestly and completely? The election is over. Why not be forthcoming and try to justify his actions or lack of actions?
