Controlled burn becomes grass fire in Logan County

A grass fire started as a controlled burn at May and Simmons that got out of control, Logan County Emergency Management's David Ball said.

Logan County fire crews are working to put out a grass fire, said David Ball of Logan County Emergency Management.

The fire is at May and Simmons and was a controlled burn that got out of control, Ball said.

Ball said he did not know anything else about the fire at this time.
