Norman’s 21st annual Holiday Celebration begins at 5:30 p.m. Friday at Andrews Park, with a ceremonial tree lighting set for 6 p.m.

NORMAN — The city’s 21st annual Holiday Celebration will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday at Andrews Park, 201 W Daws Street, with a ceremonial tree lighting set for 6 p.m.
