UCO WOMEN UPSET PITT

Central Oklahoma used a late 9-0 run Thursday night en route to a 70-62 women's basketball upset victory over No. 11-ranked Pittsburg State (Kan.). Britney Morgan's 3-pointer with 2:11 left in the game started a rally that helped the Bronchos improve to 6-1. The game was the Central Oklahoma women's first as an official Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association member.

Whitney Dunn led UCO with 16 points. Alyssa Fuxa added 14 points and 11 rebounds. Morgan finished with nine points.
