Attorneys for Kimberly Crain are to be in Pottawatomie County District Court on Wednesday to make arguments to dismiss at least some of the counts. It was not known whether Crain would appear for the hearing.

Prosecutors allege that Crain took photos of young girls while they changed clothes in her classroom and at her home and shared the images with retired professor of early childhood development Gary Doby.

Both Crain and Doby have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
