- 1 cup (2 sticks) Hiland butter, melted
- 6 oz Orange Juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 box vanilla wafer crumbs
Mix together melted butter and OJ. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, pecans and powdered sugar. Mix well. Pour butter mixture into pecan mixture and blend well.
Shape into 1 1/2 balls and roll in coconut to coat. Store in airtight container. Yield: 6 dozen.
