PERKINS — Authorities say an Oklahoma man wasn't injured after his ex-girlfriend crashed her car into his mobile home.
Perkins Police Chief Bob Ernst says the man was asleep at about 8 a.m. Thursday when he heard a crash and felt his home move. The police chief says the man felt three more crashes after the initial collision.
A local newspaper reports that the mobile home had three large holes in it and the yard was strewn with debris and tire tracks.
The chief says the ex-girlfriend is in the Payne County jail on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of an accident. She has not been formally charged.
Authorities claim that the woman told police she was trying to get her ex-boyfriend to come outside.
