Amath M'Baye was there to comfort Buddy Hield after the freshman missed the game-tying free throw for Oklahoma on Tuesday night.

He was even there to swat a ball in the second half.
But M'Baye's offensive production didn't help the Sooners for the second straight game, a 56-55 loss to Stephen F. Austin.
M'Baye went 1 of 2 from the floor and didn't shoot a 3-pointer. He did grab four offensive rebounds.
The stat line is better than the one had against Texas A&M in Oklahoma's last game. On Saturday, M'Baye finished without a point, going 0-for-3 in field goals along with tallying one steal and one block.
“We know he's got the skill and the ability to perform at a much higher level,” Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger said. “Everyone wanted it, and he expected it to happen more quickly, and that's a bit frustrating ... but the only thing to do is to keep investing time, and Amath will do that.”
