Oklahoma woman sentenced to life sentence in child’s death
An Ottawa County jury convicted Skye Reece, 20, of Quapaw, of first-degree murder in the death of 17-month-old Lanceton Hollenbeck. The recommended she serve a life sentence, or at least 38 years before she is eligible for parole.
MIAMI, OK — An Ottawa County jury deliberated about an hour Thursday before convicting a Quapaw woman of murder and recommending she serve a life sentence with the chance of parole.
