— The Edmond Board of Realtors installed officers and honored members at its recent inaugural banquet.

Joseph “Chip” Chipman, sales associate with Century 21-Goodyear Green, was installed as 2013 president. Other officers installed were Karen Blevins with Churchill-Brown & Associates Realtors, president-elect; Patricia Ayling with Keller Williams Northwest, vice president; Bo Martin with Exit Realty Martin & Associates, treasurer; and Jim Webb with Coldwell Banker Select, secretary.

New directors installed were Mike Cassidy with Metro First Realty and Carol Stephens with Century 21-Goodyear Green. They will serve with continuing directors Victoria Caldwell with RE/MAX Associates, Rick Lashley with Keller Williams Realty in Edmond and Kathy Sparger with Coldwell Banker Mike Jones Co.

Ryan Litz of Keller Williams in Edmond was named the 2012 Realtor of the Year for 2012.

Blevins was named Most Cooperative Realtor of the Year.

Darlene Anderson with Stillwater National Bank was named Affiliate of the Year.

Lifetime Achievement Awards were presented to Norma Coppedge with RE/MAX Preferred Properties, Lodi Hagler with Prudential Alliance, Joe Pribble with Keller Williams Realty and Martha Roach with Oak Park Properties.
