Bethany shooting ruled suicide

A Bethany man who was shot in the chest Thursday at an apartment complex in the 7400 block of NW 22 committed suicide, police report.

BETHANY — A man who was shot in the chest Thursday at an apartment complex in the 7400 block of NW 22 committed suicide, police reported Friday.

Bethany police and firefighters responded to a medical call about 12:30 p.m. Thursday and found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest. The man, whose name was not released, was taken to OU Medical Center where he died.
