Continue praying for our country

Thank God for men like Will Elliott (Your Views, Jan. 9) who are bold enough to state Christian views publicly, and to give kudos to others who do. It's wonderful to read the views of others who advocate praying to God for the survival of our country. Many people are praying but few are vocal enough about it. There needs to be another answer for improving our country other than wanting to change personnel and situations in Washington, which I'm not against. However, the “change” spoken of four years ago isn't what I was expecting to see. I agree with Elliott: God's way is the only way and we have to seek that “way.” Let's continue our prayers and also encourage others.
