Tobey Hadley Jr. is accused of setting multiple grass fires last summer. The 19-year-old was a volunteer firefighter in Warner before his arrest.

A local newspaper reports that Hadley is due to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 14

Authorities say Hadley and another firefighter set grass fires over the summer and another fire that burned an abandoned house. No one was injured in any of the fires.

Hadley's attorney, Larry Vickers, says his client waived the preliminary hearing because they are working on a plea agreement with prosecutors.
