Oklahoma City is considering an incentives package that will bring upscale retailer Von Maur into the soon to be empty Sears at Quail Springs Mall.

Oklahoma City is eyeing an incentives package to bring upscale retailer Von Maur to Quail Springs Mall in the space that soon will be vacated by Sears.
