Okfuskee County prosecutors are questioning more witnesses Tuesday in the hearing for 27-year-old Kevin Sweat. Sweat faces two counts of first-degree murder in the June 2008 killings of 13-year-old Taylor Placker and 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker near Weleetka.

Sweat has pleaded not guilty and prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
The chief investigator, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent Kurt Titsworth, is among witnesses expected to testify during the hearing's second day.
Sweat was already in custody for the death of his girlfriend, Ashley Taylor, when he was charged in the killings of Skyla and Taylor. His trial in that case is set for June.
