Search for man resumes
Stormy weather caused a brief delay Tuesday as Grand River Dam Authority police searched the lake for a Missouri man missing for two days, spokesman Justin Alberty said. Michael Shane Chapman, 40, of Joplin, Mo., has been missing since Sunday, Alberty said. Chapman's boat was recovered about 4:30 p.m. Monday near the Sail Boat Bridge area, he said. Crews in helicopters and boats began searching for Chapman Monday evening and resumed the search Tuesday, Alberty said.
