Annual Omelet Party to showcase Oklahoma City Museum of Art's film program
Hollywood's glamorous past and present will provide the theme at the 29th annual omelet party benefiting the Oklahoma City Museum of Art.
“Lights, Camera, EGG-tion!” will highlight the museum's film program, which brings independent, foreign and classic films to Oklahoma City, and its importance in fulfilling the mission of enriching lives through the visual arts.
The annual event is set for 7 p.m. to midnight March 9 at the Coca-Cola Bricktown Events Center. Guests at the omelet party can expect gourmet egg dishes and, of course, omelets prepared by local favorites like Chef Ken Bradford, Chef Tom Lienke, The Restaurants at Chesapeake and VZD's Restaurant & Club.
The event also will feature live music from The Stars and DJ Brian Smith with Chameleon Entertainment, an eclectic art raffle with works from more than 60 Oklahoma artists, and an open bar.
“We want to exceed what we did last year and we have the support of the best chefs and local artists to help us do that,” said event chairman Mike Morgan in a news release.

All proceeds benefit the Oklahoma City Museum of Art.
