Jones Public Relations has promoted Taylor Ketchum to assistant account executive. Ketchum manages multiple social media outlets, provides strategic media counsel and manages client events for industries ranging from entertainment to technology.

Dr. Thomas Stasko has been named professor and chairman of the department of dermatology at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is also establishing his medical practice with OU Physicians.

Cytovance Biologics, a contract manufacturer of mammalian and microbial biologics, has hired Maria Lopez as the vice president of quality. Lopez previously served as the site quality head at Novartis.

Steve Snyder has joined The Meritage Group of Wells Fargo Advisors as financial consultant. Snyder previously served as senior financial adviser at Merrill Lynch.

Merrill Lynch announced that First Vice President and Financial Advisor Todd Taylor will become the firm's first private wealth adviser in Tulsa, joining the Private Banking and Investment Group.

Laura Valle has established her practice with OU Physicians as a certified nurse midwife. Valle has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing since 2011, teaching obstetric and maternal-child clinicals.

Express Employment Professionals International Headquarters has hired Kathy Hefton as client marketing manager. Hefton will develop and implement the overall strategy of client marketing programs and provide marketing expertise to support Express franchisees.
