User photos and videos help tell the story of the storm on NewsOK

We had a surprisingly powerful storm last night that did some real damage in parts of the Oklahoma City metro area, especially Norman.

And the NewsOK audience really helped us tell the story of the strength of the storm by quickly sending us dozens of photos from throughout the metro area. Just look at our June user-submitted photo gallery for proof.

The photos are great, but the videos that were sent to us really captured the moments. Check out this one of a trampoline blowing across a back yard:
