The Open Flame events and series of videos that The Oklahoman’s Food Dude puts together are always entertaining.

The most recent event was a couple of weeks ago at American Propane. In the end, the NewsOK video crew and Dave Cathey (he’s the Food Dude) put together five great videos and a series of receipes that came from the July 21 event with some of Oklahoma City’s top chefs.

  Definitely it’s my first time hearing about moink's. But just watching the video is already an appetizer for me. I always loved to eat barbeque at its best.
