Norman library will host annual Crowns Tea

NORMAN — The Norman Public Library will commemorate Black History Month with the ninth annual Crowns Tea on Feb. 24.

Seatings will be offered at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. in the Lowry Room at the library, 225 N Webster Ave.
