Pregnant teen sues parents to avoid abortion

A pregnant 16-year-old girl has filed a lawsuit against her parents to stop them from forcing her to get an abortion.
A judge has granted a temporary restraining order in the case, according to Click2Houston.com.

“We were asking judge to stop them physically forcing her to have an abortion. She is legally protected. They cannot drag her to get an abortion, force an abortion on our client,” attorney Stephen Casey told the station.
