Bethany man accused in sexual abuse

BETHANY — A Bethany man is accused of sexually abusing two girls younger than 14, Bethany police said. Randy McGuin, 33, was arrested Monday on two rape by instrumentation complaints. One of the victims told her guardian McGuin touched, kissed and licked her inappropriately, according to the police report. The other girl said McGuin kissed her on her buttocks. Police found McGuin at 4212 N Donald Ave. When they asked him what happened, he hung his head, looked at the ground and said he did bad things, according to the report. He was taken to the Oklahoma County jail, and his bail was set at $100,000.
