Why is there a hole in the roof of the jail?

CLAREMORE -- A couple of inmates at the Rogers County Jail may be spending additional time behind bars. The Claremore Progress reported that the two, both trustees, had cut a hole in the roof as part of an escape plan. It was discovered.
