Woman claims she was fired for Obama vote

An Ohio woman has filed a lawsuit against her former employer, claiming she was fired because she voted for President Barack Obama.

The Associated Press reports that Patricia Kunkle’s lawsuit accused Dayton-based defense contractor Q-Mark Inc. and its president of telling employees that Obama’s supporters would be the first to be fired if he was re-elected.

The lawsuit seeks a minimum of $25,000.
