Denzell Arion Ross, 30, was arrested Wednesday after FBI and Oklahoma City bomb technicians deemed the device in his briefcase was not explosive. He is accused of robbing Bank of the West, 5757 Northwest Expressway in Warr Acres, the FBI reported.
