WOODWARD, Okla. —One person has died in a roof collapse in Woodward, a by-product of a powerful winter storm that moved through the southern Plains on Monday. Woodward County Emergency Manager Matt Lehenbauer said the collapse happened at a house in the 3000 block of 22nd Street.
