OSU sues endowment over plumbing issue
Among the defendants in a civil lawsuit filed by Oklahoma State University is a nonprofit organization that supports the university's Athletic Department.

The suit, filed Thursday in Payne County District Court, seeks damages for a plumbing issue that occurred during 2008 renovations of Boone Pickens Stadium.
Cowboy Athletics, an endowment created to fund OSU's development of facilities, is accused of negligence and breach of contract, according to the court filing. The other six defendants also were involved in the renovations.
The amount sought in the case, which could result in a jury trial, was not specified but exceeds $75,000, according to court documents. No court date has been set.
