Police seeking third suspect in death of Norman man
Norman police say Justin Tyler Dewberry, 26, is thought to be a co-conspirator in the Feb. 13 homicide of Patrick Burton, 51.
NORMAN — Police are looking for another suspect in the Feb. 13 homicide of Patrick Burton, 51.
Justin Tyler Dewberry, 26, is thought to be a co-conspirator in the case, police said. Dewberry is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 220 pounds. Police say he frequents the Riverwind and Newcastle casinos.

Anyone with information on Dewberry's whereabouts is asked to call the Norman Police Department at 321-1444 or 321-1600.
Mary Courtney York, 19, and Christopher Cody King, 24, both of Del City, have been charged in Cleveland County District Court with first-degree murder in Burton's death.
