Man arrested in Feb. 13 slaying

Authorities arrested another suspect in the Feb. 13 homicide of Patrick Burton, 51. Justin Tyler Dewberry, 26, was arrested Friday evening by Cleveland County sheriff’s deputies. He is thought to be a co-conspirator in the case, Norman police said. Mary Courtney York, 19, and Christopher Cody King, 24, both of Del City, have been charged in Cleveland County District Court with first-degree murder in Burton’s death.
