Broken Arrow sets a girls' sports first Published: March 20, 2013

BROKEN ARROW -- The Broken Arrow girls' rugby team leads the field in Oklahoma high school play.

In fact, it's the first and only high school girls' rugby team in the state for now.

The Broken Arrow Ledger reports that traveling across state lines to compete is just something the team has to do, but the girls are enjoying the sport.

They expect their enthusiasm, and their competition, to grow.
