CLAREMORE -- Their actions got them more than they bargained for: a life lesson.

When a group of boys targeted a Rogers County woman's house with milk and eggs, she reported the incident.

The Claremore Progress said a deputy arrived to investigate and had a talk with the boys.

He then asked the boys' mother if her offspring could clean up the mess.

She said "yes," then told the deputy that not only would they do that, but they would go farther.

End result? There was a lesson to be learned.
