New Philip Roth: “Indignation”

Tim Rutten at the Los Angeles Times has a great review of the new Philip Roth novel, “Indignation.” It’s a well-traveled trope that Roth is our greatest living novelist (and sadly, that became a little more definite a few days ago), but the ”Portnoy’s Complaint” author’s consistently elegant prose and alarmingly prolific output, not to mention Rutten’s analysis, make a strong case for this not being hyperbole.
