In honor of Jonze’s triumphant return to the metro area, here’s his directorial debut. It wasn’t long ago -1992 in fact- when Norman was buzzing with its then-biggest act, Chainsaw Kittens. Who’d have thought the director of a traditional grungy music video would go on to Academy Award-nominee status?
“High in High School” is a little less highbrow than say, Being John Malkovitch, so it’s good to know Jonze has progressed in his directorial abilities. Enjoy.
