“The Robbery”
Directed by Terry Holloway

It’s certainly not as elegant as De Sica’s Neorealist masterpiece “Bicycle Thieves,” but it sure communicates the basic idea a lot faster — two minutes, to be precise.

Everybody’s a thief in this brief ode to bikes and beer that works so well because it’s so surprisingly brief.

Grade: 2 1/2 out of 4 Stars
