Dez Bryant’s character remains an issue for NFL scouts. So says Charley Casserly, who spent 16 years as a general manager (Redskins, Texans) and now is a CBS analyst.

Casserly also said that Oklahoma’s Trent Williams is viewed more as a left tackle, which will probably send him to the lower portions of the first round, and that Oklahoma State’s Russell Okung remains among the four offensive tackles expected to go among the top nine picks.

Bryant, Oklahoma State’s superb flanker, was ruled ineligible by the NCAA early in the 2009 season for lying to investigators about his involvement with Deion Sanders.
