TE Barnett decommits

OU lost its first verbal commitment for the Class of 2011.
Dallas A. Maceo Smith tight end Chris Barnett has informed the Sooner coaching staff he is re-opening his recruitment, though will keep OU in the mix.
“I felt it was disrespectful to Oklahoma and the Sooner nation to keep taking visits as well as the schools I was visiting,” Barnett told SoonerScoop.com.
Barnett’s eight schools include OU, Texas, Arkansas, USC, Miami, Florida State, Alabama and Oklahoma State.
