Oklahoma’s football team will conduct a walk-on tryout Wednesday at the Everest Indoor Center. Check-in is 4:15 p.m.
Pre-registration and pre-tryout forms are available at BobStoops.com/walk-on-tryouts. Forms must be completed in advance of the tryout. Registration closes Monday at 6 p.m.
To be eligible, walk-on candidates must be enrolled as full-time students at OU (minimum of 12 undergraduate hours) for the spring 2011 semester and meet eligibility standards.

  I ran a 4.8 a couple of years ago, actually faster than I was 15 years ago. Bench 400 @ 205 lbs and squat about 550. Unfortunately I'm an old powerliter - they probably won't take someone 49, plus I graduated in '85 and have no eligiblity :((

  great to see guy's that were overlooked in high school getting a chance. hope there is some defensive players found in the tryouts, tackles, lb's, ends. stoop's has met his quota on kickers.

  I tried out at one of these at WR. I was faster then most of my friends, and was one of the slower people there lol! 4.82 40 at 5'11 180lbs. Never thought I was fast, but not THAT slow. Had some over 5 seconds. Makes me look at 4.4 guys a lot differently now
