OU football coach Bob Stoops told reporters Monday he plans to implement a Twitter policy with his Sooner football team.

“Guys that don’t know what they’re doing need to have it taken away. It’s hard to believe they don’t get it. They still think they’re at East Handkerchief High School, where no one cares. And that’s not the case.”
